Learn how to get the most out of Power Presentations.

Each presentation comes in light and dark color sets and in two screen sizes, standard 4x3 and widescreen 16x9. Choose the presentation you like and then select the color and size and open the PowerPoint file. The presentations are not read-only so you can edit them any way you want.
•  Easily replace text with your own.
•  Replace chart data. Charts and graphs use placeholder data.
•  Use your own images. Pictures often have animations and styles already applied. instead of inserting a new picture, just swap the existing ones with yours.
•  Add extra slides. If you need more slides with a certain layout (for instance, you need to show a few extra slides with graphs), copy a slide with a graph layout and paste in as many new slides as you need.
•  Remove unwanted slides. If you don't need some of the slides in the Power Presentation, just delete them.

Remember to use the 'Save As' option to create a new PowerPoint file so you don't accidently overwrite the original Power Presentation!

When you copy entire slides between different presentations, you can keep the backgrounds and styles from the original source presentation or let your existing PowerPoint replace the colors and backgrounds with the style you already have set.

Open the Power Presentation that has the slides you want to use. Copy just the slides you want and then paste them into your presentation.
All of the contents of those slides will be included. If you want to keep everything the same color as it was in the Power Presentation, use Paste Special and choose 'Keep Source Formatting...'.
